Terms of use

Astraeus-9 · Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Astraeus-9 browser game, operated by HappyMonkey.AI (Stephen Phillips, London, UK). By using the game, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its availability, security, or other players' use.

The game

Astraeus-9 is provided free for personal entertainment. The game may be changed, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued. Do not use it to attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or misuse any connected infrastructure.

Intellectual property

The source code is made available under the MIT License in the project distribution. Third-party components and materials may have separate licences; those licences continue to apply. These terms do not take away permissions granted by those licences.

Availability and liability

The game is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and contact

Use of the game is also described in the Privacy notice. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
